Cool little place. Gas station right across the street and stores nearby. Definitely didn't mind staying.
Despite the "Bates Motel" vibe this place has from the street, the double-queen room we rented was dated but clean (I am intensely paranoid about bed bugs, and there weren't any), and the bathroom was recently remodeled with actual tile, not a cheapskate remodel. Our room had a microwave, a mini fridge/freezer, and a HDTV, but no coffee maker. If you JUST need a room without frills to lay your weary head and shower while visiting Buffalo/Niagara Falls, this place is fine, especially considering the price.

This is a place where to go if you just want the bare essentials when staying at a motel. The room looks like a decent room. The room has a flat screen, cable and Wi-Fi. Mine and my friends room came with 2 beds dont know if all do. The bathroom is a little bit bigger than what I expected. Everything works. Everything looks clean enough where my OCD doesnt trigger. The beds are normal for a motel I guess, a little bit weirded out that they dont have pillow covers on them. I can't complain about anything. Plus the prices are pretty good.
Relatively closer location to the falls. Could be really useful as a last resort. One star is an accurate description. Rooms are moderately clean. They have an AC!!
This time when I visited, the room was much nicer. Everything was clean and the tub was very deep (room 110). Thankfully the price was better as well this time.
